May 4, 2012 An Arkansas woman thought she had hit the jackpot after finding a winning lottery ticket worth $1 million dollars in the trash but a judge has ruled otherwise. According to LotteryPost.com Sharon Jones found the winner while sifting through discarded tickets in a trash can outside a convenience store. It had been mistakenly thrown away by another lottery player, Sharon Duncan. Finders keepers?
