The National Weather Service has issued an extended Lake Effect Snow Warning for Northern Central New York. It will begin at midnight on Friday.

The National Weather Service of Binghamton has issued a Lake Effect Snow Warning for most of Central New York. The warning is currently underway, and will go until at least Saturday morning.

I don't know the exact ratio break down, so let's just say some CNYer's are going to be happy, while others will be frowning.  Our 1st Lake Effect Snow Warning of the season is officially here.
