A number of schools were closed or delayed this morning and even more roads are closed, as Tropical Storm Lee dumps more rain on Central New York. Tadpole toured the area this morning, taking pictures and video of the massive flooding . The last time we saw this much rain was in late April, when a tornado even touched down in Frankfort.
