			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hard to believe but when I checked temperatures this morning it was 42 in the <a href="http://bigfrog104.com/tags/winter-weather/" target="_blank">Utica-Rome area</a> and--are you ready--36 in <a href="http://bigfrog104.com/tags/california/" target="_blank">Los Angeles</a>, the coldest morning there in 22 years.
