Today all across the country Americans remember those who tragically lost their lives as a result of terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington D.C., and a small field in Western Pennsylvania. Those brave airline passengers on United Flight 93 sacrificed their lives, saving several others. We have photos from that crash site and what it looks like today.

It was my first full week of seventh grade. I remember the night before my family and I were at my Grandparent's house and I was sitting on the porch steps making up my mind to fake sick the following day because I didn't have the correct calculator to use in math class and I was still a loner with no close friends.

Today we remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001, which we have come to known as 9/11. For every American, including this one, it was a moment frozen in time. I remember exactly where I was when the news starting pouring in about the attacks on that fateful day. Last summer, my wife and I were in New York City and visited the 9/11 Memorial at Ground Zero.
