‘Rizzolli & Isles’ Star Lee Thompson Young Dies at 29
Lee Thompson Young who starred on the TNT drama 'Rizzoli & Isles' is dead at only 29 years old. He apparently took his own life and was found when police showed up at his home, after he didn't show up on the set for work.
Young's publicist released a statement:
'"It is with great sadness that I announce that Lee Thompson Young tragically took his own life this morning ... Lee was more than just a brilliant young actor, he was a wonderful and gentle soul who will be truly missed.'
Before landing the role of Frost on 'Rizzoli & Isles,' Young was the main character on Disney's 'The Famous Jett Jackson.' He also Chris Connor in the movie 'Friday Night Lights.'
This is the second suicide in a week. 'The Bachelor' star Gia Alleman took her own life last week.
I will never understand someone being so low the only way out is death. Especially people who seem to have their whole future's ahead of them.
