Just when you thought you've heard it all, another story is released about animal abuse that will make you sick to your stomach. It is reported that a cat was left on the side of the road in a plastic bag in Syracuse and now a reward is being offered leading to the arrest of whomever is responsible.

According to Syracuse.com,

A driver discovered the cat in the 3000 block of Hitchings Road in the town of Onondaga at about 2:30 p.m. Friday. The driver saw the cat moving in the bag, which appeared to be a comforter bag, and stopped to help. The incident was reported to the Onondaga Sheriff's Department and turned over to the CNY SPCA cruelty investigations department.

If anyone has any information leading to the arrest of the person responsible they will receive a $1,000 reward from the CNY SPCA. All calls can be made to (315) 454-3469 or you can email crueltyinvestigations@cnyspca.org. The SPCA says any information will be kept confidential.
