Rascal Flatts Bringing ‘Live & Loud’ Tour to SPAC

Rascal Flatts is bringing their 'Live & Loud' tour to Central New York this summer.  They'll stop at SPAC with The Band Perry and 'The Voice' winner Cassadee Pope.
