New Mayors in Utica and Rome?

The votes are in.  At least most of them are, and we could have new Mayors in Utica and Rome.Democrat Robert Palmieri is leading in the race for Utica Mayor but absentte ballots still need to be counted.  In Rome, only 190 votes seperate incumbent Jim Brown and Joe Fusco.

There are a number of newcomers to the Utica council and Oneida County Legislature.
