This. Is. Really. Neat.

Graphic designer Justin Kozisek has meshed Marvel themes with the grid iron to conceive a new logo and helmet for all of the NFL's 32 teams. Several of the caricatures are in step with existing nicknames and emblems (except, maybe, for one).

How great would it be to see these on the field at some point?

Maybe in place of the crude throwbacks you see about once a season - like when the New York Jets go New York Titans, and how could we forget the Denver Broncos' retros. I swear the umpa lumpas in Willie Wanka's original Chocolate Factory wore these socks.

And the NFL probably wouldn't mind having a new line of merchandise to sell to an expanded market.

Will it happen? Probably not, but it could!
