Earlier today reigning American Country Awards Male Artist of the Year made some BIG tour announcements.The second leg of Luke Bryan's "That's My Kind Of Night" tour kicks off this Thursday the 16th in Columbus, Ohio. The artists opening for him on this tour are Lee Brice and Cole Swindell. It'll make two stops in our area, Darien Lake on August 16th and SPAC the following night.

Luke held a press conference today in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena. That conference was streamed live. During that press conference he made the following announcements:

1. "Two Nights" Will Be Included in Some Cities

This means that stops along the tour will feature two shows in one nights. With tickets selling like hot cakes Luke and "The Live Nation" management felt that they could easily sell out two shows a night.

2. Luke Will Being Doing His 6th Year of "Farm Tour"

He and his team are planning "Farm Tour" now! According to Luke they are always looking to make it better than the previous year. Luke said, in reference to Farm Tour, "We're always looking for new Farm Tour spots, new hay fields, and new allergies I can acquire during Farm Tour, but we love it."

3. Big, New, Stadium Venues With a Special Guest

Luke announced three additional tour dates that will take place at NFL stadiums. The first will be June 21st at Heintz Field in Pittsburgh, home of the Steelers. The second will be August 15th at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, home of the Eagles. The final stadium appearance will be August 31st at Soldier Field in Chicago, the home of Da' Bears. For the concerts at Heintz Field and Soldier Field, Luke will be joined by Dierks Bentley.
