Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum has been arrested!
You can blame her band mates, Charles Kelly and Dave Haywood for getting her into trouble in the video for their new song ‘Downtown.’ Hillary decides to trade in her ‘goody two shoes‘ and stay up past her ‘9pm bedtime‘ to show her band mates ‘how to have a little fun.’ Charles Kelly and Dave Haywood aren’t buying it, ‘I’ll believe it when I see it,’ leaving her alone in the studio, thinking ‘I’ll show them.’ So Hillary calls up an old friend to ‘get so crazy, we get arrested.’ They get arrested alright; by none other than Charles and Dave dressed as police officers. Too funny!
I think my favorite is the end when Charles and Dave are talking about their donuts. ‘God I love sprinkles. It’s like a party in your mouth.’
UPDATE: Somehow I watched the video this morning and then it was removed. It’ll premiere Wednesday March 6th at 7pm. If you got to see it before it was taken down, consider yourself lucky. If you didn’t, you’ll have to wait until Wednesday. But it’ll be worth the wait!
