Today's Friday Fun Fact is Blake Shelton related. It is about his life before he was a judge on the hit NBC show 'The Voice.' In 2007, Blake was one of the judges on a show, also on NBC, called "Clash of the Choirs." The premise of the show was, five celebrities returned to their hometowns to recruit talented singers and form a choir. Once the choir was completely assembled they compete for a prize that would benefit a charity to aid their hometown. The list of celebrities that competed against Blake included Nick Lachey, Patti LaBelle, Michael Bolton, and Kelly Rowland. Blake's choir from his hometown of Oklahoma City, OK took third place. Their charity was Project Rebuild which aided in disaster relief.
