Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente, Jr., announced flags at all Oneida County buildings will be lowered to half-staff through Friday in honor of Legislator Patricia Hudak.  Patricia, or Patty as she was known by many, served for over 11 years on the Oneida County Board of Legislators. While serving on the Board, she was elected by her colleagues to the position of Minority Leader and served on a number of committees.

Patricia Hudak served this community in a number of capacities,” Picente said. “She was a dedicated public servant and always did what was in the best interest of her constituents. Her peers on the Board of Legislators recognized this and voted her to the leadership position of Minority Leader, and appointed her to a number of important committees on the Board. We will be lowering the flags this week to honor Patty and her service to this community.”

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday at the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home, in Rome according to WIBX.
