Dolly Parton is putting a new spin on a Bon Jovi classic.  She's turned 'Lay Your Hands On Me' into a gospel song for her new album 'Blue Smoke.'

Dolly says when she first heard the song, she thought it sounded 'so much like a gospel tune, with asking God to lay his hands on you.'  But she didn't transform the song by herself.  Dolly reached out to Jon Bon Jovi to not only ask permission but to collaborate.

'Blue Smoke' with the gospel version of 'Lay Your Hands on Me' will be available May 13th but you can pre-order the album and get four bonus tracks.
