Did A UFO Fly Over NE Ohio?

Do UFO's really exist?  Judge for yourself.  I found this post on the website AboveTopSecret.com with the picture taken during a routine job assignment.

As part of our work, we take rather generic photos of cell towers. We take hundreds of very dull pictures in fairly high res so we can identify the equipment on the towers. Usually there is nothing to look at, but this one most certainly caught my eye. There were a series of photos taken of this tower that day, and this is the only photo that includes this "object."

Is it a bird, a plane, or a UFO?  Take a closer look.
