Carrie Underwood granted the wish of a 10 year old cancer survivor, who wanted to sing with her on stage. Kaitlyn Finn, who was diagnosed with liver cancer at the age of 3, is now in remission after receiving a transplant.  After hearing her story through the Make-A-Wish foundation, Carrie invited her on stage to sing 'All American Girl.'

After the show, Carrie even sent a shout-out to Kaitlyn on Twitter.

This isn't the first time Carrie has teamed up with Make-A-Wish. In April, she granted another teen's wish, who was battling brain cancer, by flying her out to one of her shows.
