Our 'Cute Kid' of the day is Matt, an elementary school boy in Colonial Hills, OH. He has spastic cerebral palsy, a disease that causes physical disability and impairs movement. But when Matt’s school had a field day, he was determined to not let his disability stop him from doing what everyone else was doing.

Matt’s teachers even gave him the option to opt out of the race, but full of determination, he insists on running. Needless to say, Matt was slow, but even after everyone else finished running, Matt still kept running as he had two more laps to complete. His supportive gym teacher joined him by his side and soon, all the kids in the race joined in solidarity, cheering Matt until the finish.
