There is a new outdoors store opening in Rome and it opens soon! We got the chance to get an advanced look at the new 'Runnings' and I was amazed at all they had to offer! Whether your a camper, hunter, fisher, mechanic, or pet owner they have everything you could ever want or need.

So What Is Runnings and Where Did It Come From?

The store originated in Minnesota and the original owners were The Runnings family. Lance Buckingham who is the General Manager of the new store in Rome had this to say about the small chain of stores:

It’s a family owned business, the owners are involved,” Buckingham said. “This is truly just a large-scale mom and pop store. It’s not a huge franchise or anything like that, it’s not corporately owned and there’s no stock holders.
