Kristen James has a video inspired by the book series and she even demonstrates positions like ‘bend over better,’ ‘sexy scissors’ and ‘seductive squat.’ Her goal is to have women feel sexy and shape up for the bedroom with ‘The 50 Shapes Workout.’
