Zach’s Favorite Easton Corbin and Josh Thompson Songs [MUSIC]

The Wild West Frogfest and Rodeo is just three days away. It's going to be a lot of fun with amazing music. And, speaking of amazing music, we're going to have two of Nashville's rising stars performing at the annual event. We've got Easton Corbin and Josh Thompson! So, to get everyone excited for the show, which is just days away, here are a few of my favorite songs from both of our Wild West Frogfest and Rodeo headliners. We hope to see you out there June 9 at the Herkimer Country Fairgrounds!

"A Little More Country Than That"

This song reminds me of George Strait. It's just one of those classic country songs. Ya' gotta love those classic country songs, right?

"Lovin' You Is Fun"

What would country music be without love songs? Here's a fast-paced love song. I like this song because it has a great melody and it's fun to sing along to. According to Wikipedia, "Billy Dukes of Taste of Country gave the song four and a half stars out of five, writing that "there is a little lesson to be learned from Corbin’s message, but the easy rhythm makes this one that few will take issue with learning again and again."

"I Can't Love You Back"

This song is back from 2010 and it's one of those classic break-up songs.

"Comin' Around"

This song can be heard currently on the airwaves of Big Frog 104 as it's Josh Thompson's latest release to radio. It's a great song about how things can change as life goes on.

"Won't Be Lonely Long"

Another break-up song, here. But, this one has a bit of a twist. He won't be lonely long. This is a pretty cool video--it's an acoustic version of the song.

Tickets are $18 in advance and can be purchased at any Price Chopper, the Herkimer County Fairgrounds, by calling 768-9500 or online.  Gates open at 9am, the Painted Pony Rodeo gets underway at 12pm.  Local bands begin at 2pm with Josh Thompson hitting the stage at 5pm and Easton Corbin at 6:15pm.
