You here about guy fishing trips all the time.  But how often do you here about the ladies heading out for the day?  The Department of Environmental Conservation coordinates guided fishing trips on Oneida Lake for the novice or experienced angler.

The program is part of the DEC's "Becoming an Outdoors Woman" program that teaches many outdoor activities from fishing to shooting to kayaking.  In the case of the fishing charters, they partner with Captain Dave Wilson at the Oswego Marina for 6 hour guided tours in search of Salmon, Trout and Steel-head.  Here are the dates:

  • July 9, 2017 at 5:30 am or 1:30 pm
    July 23, 2017 at 5:30 am or 1:30 pm
    July 30, 2017 at 5:30 am or 1:30 pm
    August 5, 2017 5:30 am or 1:30 pm
    August 6, 2017 5:30 am or 1:30 pm
