His friend Joe promised to take him after he lost 400 pounds. Now he's hoping to meet Swift to say thank you for helping him 'Shake it Off.'
Friends have started #TaylorHelpRonnie on social media to help Brower fulfill his dream and it's all over the vehicle they drove from Syracuse to Cleveland.
