If you bank with KeyBank here in Central New York, watch out for the latest scam coming to your email inbox.

Scammers are sending out emails to those who have Key Bank accounts, or former First Niagara Accounts. The email looks semi official, and mentions how your account is locked up and you only have 48 hours to fix the problem. DO NOT, do not click the link provided. KeyBank wants you to contact them directly if you receive something sketchy like this. Notice, in the email there is no phone number. Key Bank will always provide phone numbers and more than one way to contact. To contact them: 1 (800) 539-2968
