If you were planning to catch a concert at St Joseph's Health Amphitheater in Syracuse, SPAC or Darien Lake, you better plan on getting your vaccination.

Live Nation announced concerts at all three venues will only be open to anyone who is fully vaccinated and can show proof. Notices on St Joseph's Health Amphitheater and SPAC websites say negative COVID test are allowed for fans to enter. But a COVID-19 message appears on Live Nation.com when you try to buy tickets to any concert, stating the rules at New York concerts.

Current guidelines from the State of New York require that all attendees must present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination in order to enter the venue and attend this show. The Event Organizer wants to make sure you are aware of these current guidelines before purchasing tickets. This requirement will apply to all members of your party.

The policy may change in the future. "Please note the State has not confirmed how far into the future this requirement will be in effect," the notice stated.

Governor Andrew Cuomo announced most restrictions will be lifted once the vaccination rate hits 70%. On Monday, June 8 the rate was at 68.6%. "Large scale venues will still need to follow the State's guidelines until more New Yorkers are vaccinated."

Lakeview, SPAC and Darien Lake join CMAC, where officials announced all concert goes would need to be fully vaccinated on June 1.

If you've already bought a ticket to concerts at any of the venues and you aren't fully vaccinated, don't expect a refund from Live Nation.

The Event Organizer will not issue ticket refunds if you are unable to provide proof of vaccine at the time of the event.
