The Fall 2018 semester is coming up and there will be a few new improvements to Utica College when students begin to move in in August.

According to Utica College's Summer Renovation Report, construction on the new Construction Management academic building will be completed by the Spring '19 semester.

The new building is a total of 15,000 square feet:

"the two-story facility includes a materials laboratory, two construction management laboratories, four classrooms, a multi-use auditorium, and four faculty offices."

Students who live on-campus will also have a new housing option come Spring '19 with the new housing village.

There will be all-new three-story buildings with four apartment-style dorms on each floor that all have four single bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a laundry space.

Talk about living at college in style!

More renovations to the college include major upgrades to the basketball court in the Clark Athletic Center(scheduled to be finished this November), renovations to the chemistry lab in Gordon Hall(finished), and remodeling of the lounge and lobby in South Residence Hall(finished).

Good luck to all the returning and incoming Utica College students.
