Turning Stone Chef to Compete in National Ice Sculpture Competition
Chef Wei-Sen Liang is the Executive Chef of Asian Cuisine at Turning Stone. Additionally he is an award-winning ice sculptor. Some of his best work may only last about 24 hours, but his creations are nothing short of breathtaking. Now, he will be traveling to Alaska to compete in the World Ice Art Championships.
The competition begins on Monday, February 29th and goes until Wednesday, March 2nd. Liang's team took home first place back in 2013 and they hope to bring another blue ribbon back to Central New York.
Check out just a few of Chef Wei-Sen's masterpieces.
We're wishing the chef and his team the best of luck and be sure to stop out to The Turning Stone to maybe see one of his works of art.
