The hotel has earned a 2017 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel site. TripAdvisor recognized the hotel for the consistently excellent reviews they've earned from guests. 95% of all reviews The Lodge has received were either "very good" or "excellent".

Winners of the Certificate of Excellence were selected based on a number of guest-generated content, which include individual ratings, the quantity of reviews and more.

The TripAdvisor award is the latest in a sting of awards The Lodge has received. They also recently earned a four-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide and are AAA Four Diamond Awards winners.
