It's the end of an era. Toys R Us will be gone forever after 70 years in business in just days. All stores in the U.S. will close for the final time Friday, June 29th, including the New Hartford location.

Stores will be offering deep discounts to unload the leftover inventory, some as much as 90%, according to ABC 7. Several stores have already closed and other locations with less stock may close sooner than Friday.

The company made the announcement earlier this year that stores would close nationwide. The downfall being blamed on online shopping with more people buying from Amazon, eBay and other websites.
