This year you're planning on plenty of fishing across New York. Don't you wish there was a tool to help you find the top fishing spots and where each fish species lives? There's now a website that helps with that.

Go Fish NY is a new website that helps you find the top spots all across Upstate New York. The region stretches from the open waters of eastern Lake Ontario to the St. Lawrence River and the Adirondacks. Each region highlights which species you'll find too.

Spanning nearly one third of the state with more than 3,000 lakes, rivers, streams and ponds, anglers will experience fantastic fishing for trophey bass, trout, walleye, land-locked salmon, northern pike and muskie.

The website is free to use, and very easy to navigate.
