Tigers’ Cabrera Becomes First Triple Crown Winner Since 1967

Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera became the first player to win a triple crown in 45 years. Cabrera lead the American League with a .330 batting average, 44 home runs, and 139 RBI. The last winner was Boston's Carl Yastrzemski in 1967. Read more from MLB.com here.
