If you are a Syracuse Men's Basketball fan then you have been watching Jim Boeheim courtside probably as long as you can remember. Coach Boeheim has over 30 years under his belt as head coach at Syracuse. He's also been an assistant coach and even played as a walk-on. The team is off to a great start. Currently Syracuse is 15-0 overall and 2-0 in conference play. Their next game is Saturday, January 11th at noon.

As you watch the 'Cuse games on television, you can always see the cameras cut to Jim Boeheim frequently throughout the game. Coach Boeheim has many well-known mannerisms, one being the seated half nose pick/scratch. Another trademark Boeheim move is what I call the "calm frustration." Basically the "calm frustration" is when something doesn't go Syracuse's way, Coach will usually put on the old "Come on, are you serious?" smile. He very rarely loses his temper, however every once in a while, like everyone, frustration can't be contained. The situation in which the coach seems to be unable to contain his emotions is usually when addressing the media. I have ranked, based on my opinion, the Top Media Encounters with Jim Boeheim!

I'll start with #5 and count down to #1. HERE THEY ARE:

#5 - Boeheim Confronts a Young Reporter

#4 - Boeheim Calls ESPN's Andy Katz an "Idiot"

#3 - Boeheim Puts Reporter in His Place After the 2013 Final Four Loss

#2 - The Famous Jim Boeheim vs. The Microphone

#1 - Finally, The Number One Jim Boeheim Blow-Up, Don't Call Gerry Overrated!

It was definitely a toss-up between #2 and #1, but I think I made the right call. What do you think? Let me know what your favorite is in the comments below.
