It wasn't a Stella storm but it was close. For the second year in a row, Mother Nature hit central New York with a late Winter storm, dumping anywhere from 6 inches to 3 feet of snow, depending on where you live.

The storm knocked out power to thousands, closed roads and toppled trees. Cobleskill saw the most snow, with over 39 inches. Norwich was near the low end at 8 inches.
