Taylor Swift is as at it again, in a good way! She visited a young man named Jordan who was being treated for Cancer at Boston's Children's Hospital. Not only did she perform for him, Jordan sang along with her. They sang one of her many boy break up songs "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together." This is not the first time she has done something like this. What a classy gal!
