Tasty Tuesday Is Back at the New York State Fair With Delicious Deals

If your favorite part of the New York State Fair is the food (and let's be honest...for a lot of us it is), you'll want to make plans to visit on Tuesday, September 1.

One of the Fair's most popular annual traditions is making a return. Tasty Tuesday gives fairgoers the chance to sample some of the Fair's most popular foods without spending a fortune. For one day only, participating vendors will offer sample-sized portions of select menu items for just $3 to $5.

It's a fun way to try several different foods instead of filling up on the first thing that catches your eye. And if you've ever walked around the Fair wishing you had room to try "just one more thing," this day was made for you.

How Tasty Tuesday Works

The event runs from 10 AM until 6 PM on Tuesday, September 1.

Vendors will display special Tasty Tuesday signs, making them easy to find as you explore the fairgrounds. You can also use the New York State Fair app and look for the Tasty Tuesday icon in the Fair Finder to help plan your food adventure.

Every participating vendor will offer at least one special sample-sized item priced between $3 and $5.

• Wild Bill's Curly Fries – Jamaican Jerk Curly Fries packed with bold Caribbean-inspired flavor.
• Bowl of Dough by Not Just Icing – Edible homemade cookie dough that's safe to eat and loaded with sweetness.
• Big G’s – Bourbon chicken with a sweet, Cajun bourbon sauce, which is best over rice and beans.
• Blueberries & Lace Dessert Truck – Brown Cow, cold brew, chocolate milk, hazelnut, and mocha topped with whip!.
• Ji-woo’s Korean Seoul Food – Rice served with our beef, pork, and chicken.
• Limp Lizard – Wing flights
• Maddie's Lemonade - Baby blue lemonade

• Tropical Delights - Strawberry pineapple swirl
• Cousins Maine Lobster – Lobster grilled cheese & lobster bisque.

The 2026 New York State Fair runs August 26 through Labor Day, September 7.
