Make plans this holiday to drive through the largest Festival of Lights, with close to 4 million lights spread over 2 and a half miles. And it's only a few hours from Utica.

Set up for this year's Festival of Lights is already underway. The enchanting Christmas display is 2.5 miles long with close to 4 million lights and set up starts in early October and takes until opening night to complete.

The magical light display will be open every night from November 20th through December 31st except on Christmas eve at Stone Hedge Golf Course. It runs Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 10pm.

The cost to enjoy this year's Festival of Lights is $25 a vehicle Sunday through Thursday and $30 avehicle on Friday and Saturday nights. "We don’t put a limit on number of people in the vehicle like some of our competitors, but we do not allow buses due to the tight corners and steep hills."

This is the fourth year for the largest Festival of Lights that not only sees more lights each year but more visitors too. "Each year we get more people and many have made it a holiday tradition."

Stone Hedge Golf Course is located on 55 Stone Hedge Drive in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, less than a 3 hours drive from Utica.
