Local Holocaust Survivor Helen Sperling Passes Away at Age 95
Helen Sperling of Utica has passed away at the age of 95. She was best known for traveling from school to school locally to share her story of life in a concentration camp and how she survived the holocaust. She was a symbol of strength and endurance and there aren't many people in our community that don't remember sitting and listening to her incredible story and wise words.
