Sugarland has been named in a suit for the stage collapse in Indianapolis earlier this year.  The accident killed 7 people and injured many others.  Carl Rizzi is one of the lawyers handling the case and spoke to WISH-TV in Indianapolis.

"It's our contention that (Sugarland) had a certain amount of control over whether or not they went on that night, and its our contention that there was some insistence on their part that the show go on," Brizzi said.

You may recall, Sugarland played a free show at the Indiana Fairgrounds to raise funds for the victims.  So is this a sign of our times or just the way our legal system works?  What do you think?
