Storm Causing Power Outages and School Delays

The storm rolling through the area is causing scattered power outages and a few school delays this morning.   New Hartford and New York Mills are both on 1 hour delays.

Showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout the day with temperatures above normal for this time of year at 90.
