Hilbert landed her first gig at the age of 15 for Urban Outfitters, then moved on to modeling for Macy's, Target and Delia's before making supermodel status with Victoria Secret.

Hilbert was named the official spokes model of Victoria's Secret PINK for the second year in a row at the fashion show in Paris.
