Rome Elementary Teacher Named ‘Central New York’s Top Teacher 2016′

Over 9,000 people cast their online votes for 6 different area educators and it was over 4,000 that decided our winner. This teacher is 'Central New York's Top Teacher 2016.'Among the finalists were Jordan Purinton, Vinnie Page, Heidi Sprouse, Crystal Estup, and Alyssa Bouthillier. After the final counts were tallied, which included over 100 write-in votes, the clear winner was Danyelle Puleo of Staley Upper Elementary in Rome.
