Rockefeller the Owl is Now A Bobblehead…Order Yours Today
Remember when the Christmas tree from Oneonta was delivered to the Rockefeller Plaza in New York City? The tree was ugly...like really really ugly. People mocked the tree relentlessly online. However, one very cute thing did come out of that ugly tree.
It was a little owl...almost as cute as Baby Yoda in "The Mandalorian"..the little owl was a Petite Saw-Whet Owl and was dehydrated and hungry but otherwise in good shape. The little owl was obviously named "Rockefeller" and the pictures of the little owl wrapped up went viral quickly. Some people called such a cute animal from suck an ugly tree a “Christmas miracle.”
Nobody is sure if the owl was in the tree when it was cut down or if it got picked up somewhere along the way during the trip to New York City.
Now, the most famous little owl has it's own bobblehead. You can order it from the Bobblehead Hall of Fame. They are the same group that made the Governer Cuomo and Doctor Fauci bobbleheads earlier this year. The Bobblehead Hall of Fame has pledged $5.00 from every bobblehead sold to be donated to the group that's been caring for Rockefeller.
Since being rescued from the tree the little owl named Rockefeller has been recovering at the Ravensbeard Wildlife Center in Saugerties. They are planning on releasing Rockefeller back into the wild this weekend.
If you'd like to order your own Rockefeller bobblehead just go to the Bobblehead Hall of Fame website.
