Upstate NY Expected To Get Plenty Of Snow
Looking for snow? Live in Central New York this week. You'll have so much, you could build another house on your property.
Ok, maybe that was a slight exaggeration. The National Weather Service out of Binghamton is predicting snow late Tuesday night into Wednesday night. Snow accumulations are expected to be 4 to 8 inches. That's a lot of snow all at once.
Snow is likely to fall for six to 10 hours Wednesday, dropping 6 to 12 inches of snow across all of Upstate. The highest totals are likely on Tug Hill and the Adirondacks as west winds blow over Lake Ontario and create lake effect snow."
Currently, a hazardous weather outlook, the lowest level of alert, is in place for Central and Western New York.
