Walker was a passenger in the car, driven by race car driver Roger Rodas. Police tell Hometown Station 'from the skid marks and damage to the vehicle, they were traveling at a very high rate of speed.'

Walker was coming home from a charity event. He was only 40 years old.

Hollywood has a lost a great talent.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. May he rest in peace.
