Twelfth ranked Syracuse fell to No. 22 Marquette 74-71 last night. This is Syracuse's second consecutive loss and after an 18-1 start, Jim Boeheim's team has lost 5 of their last 9. The Orange lead by as much as 11 before a 15-2 Golden Eagles run in the 2nd half gave Marquette the lead for good. This setback leaves Syracuse in fourth place in the Big East and certainly won't help their upcoming NCAA Tournament seeding. Another tough test ahead as Louisville comes to town March 2nd.
