One Car Does Not Have An Easy Pass Through Verona

One car didn't have an easy pass through the New York State Thruway in Verona. 

This accident appears to have happened at the Verona exit (#33). Rome's Lisa Ballou snapped the initial picture and posted it on Facebook:

We are still investigating what caused the accident, but it doesn't appear the driver was harmed too bad.
