Old Man Takes Down Young Guy While Boxing [WATCH]

You know how they say 80 is the new 60? Well, I don't know how old the guy is in this video, but he dominated is considerably younger opponent in a boxing sparring match. You see the old man get in the ring and think, "Oh this poor guy, he's going down!" What happens after they start will amaze you. I hope I'm as healthy as that guy when I'm his age!
