Nothing Bundt Cakes is celebrating one year in business here in New Hartford.

Jim Caiola and Jim Scarchilli, co-owners of Nothing Bundt Cakes in New Hartford knew opening up a business would have it's challenges. Five months later, Covid challenged all businesses large and small.

Nothing Bundt Cakes was fortunate enough to keep baking and frosting every day. They donated thousands of bundt cakes, bundtlets, bundtinis to hospital workers, grocery store employees, school lunch drop off workers, fire stations, postal workers, and many other essential workers that kept our community moving forward.

They joined forces with Nursing Home Hellos and collectively donated over 3,000 Hello Notes so every nursing home resident in Oneida and Herkimer County could find some joy during their isolation.
