New Hartford’s Tom Gossin of Gloriana Gets Married

Hometown boy Tom Gossin of Gloriana is a married man. He and long time girlfriend Jaime Moffett tied the knot in Nashville Saturday.

Tom, who is from New Hartford, announced his engagement, in front of a hometown crowd, at our acoustic show in March of 2012. He said he proposed on their 10th anniversary, March 1st.  ‘We were with friends on a roof top in Atlanta. My friend was video taping the skyline when he said ‘isn’t this your anniversary.’  ‘I said yes, and maybe we should make it official. I dropped to one knee with a ring, catching Jaime totally by surprise.’ He even shared this picture of the special moment.

Tom even had Jaime's engagement ring custom made at a store that specializes in antique jewelry in Nashville. It’s 1920s European cut diamond set in platinum.

According to People, Tom's brother and band mate Mike stood by his side along with their older brother Steven, who was the best man.  Gloriana's third member Rachel Reinert was also in the wedding as one of Moffett's bridesmaids.

Gloriana doesn't go back on the road until November 1st, giving the happy couple time to take a honeymoon.

It must have been a popular weekend for weddings. Kelly Clarkson also tied the knot Sunday in Nashville.
