New Fast Food Restaurant Coming to North Utica

If you like your food ala Zac Brown, you'll be excited by a new fast food franchise under construction in North Utica. The former Pizza Hut location has been taken down and a complete new building is in progress.

A new KFC will occupy the spot on Genesee Street. A spokesmen for the company says it's an all local project, local owners, local financing and local construction. The hope is to have the restaurant open by early January 2018.
